Currently based at home with my two children, I am passionate and determined  to use my skills as a professionally trained chef and food writer, that allows me the flexibility to work around my young family and keep me connected with the world of food that I love so much. 

I'm proud to be a panellist on BBC Radio 4's the Kitchen Cabinet, hosted by Jay Rayner and run my own catering company in Battersea.

Expertise

My style of cookery and more specifically recipe writing and styling, has evolved over the years to be highly accessible while still retaining the emphasis on the classics and “proper” cookery methods and techniques.  I’ve developed way to shorten recipes and methods to fit with busy lifestyles, to ensure reader can easily create the perfect, fail safe dish. I have a skill to simplify and explain cookery in a way that makes it easy to understand and faultless to follow. 

I've huge experience in food styling, product and brand development, presenting, live TV and broadcasting.
